Xpress is a dynamic and growing company in the printing and signage industry. We are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to create and lead our sales team and drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Leadership: As the first salesperson, you will set the tone for the sales department. Your role will involve building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. You'll be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new opportunities, and creating effective sales strategies.

- Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will work closely with Customer Service and Production teams to ensure client orders and expectations are met efficiently.

- Team Management: Manage and support a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation. You'll be responsible for monitoring team performance and driving them towards achieving sales targets.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

- Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review sales performance, providing reports and insights to upper management.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Prior experience in outside sales is preferred.

- Experience in the print or signage industry is a plus, but a willingness to learn is acceptable.

- Ability to identify new market opportunities and potential customers.

- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.

- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing client relationships.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
