Customer Care Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Care Specialist  to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.


  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude.

  • Triage phone calls, emails (tickets), and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Manage the to-call shelf, including reviewing items for quality assurance, call the client to let them know their order is ready for pick-up, indicate order has shipped in our system and send the invoice if there is a balance due.

  • Assist clients with pick-up orders and register payments if there is a balance on the account.

  • Direct clients to the appropriate Customer Service Representative to place orders.

  • Maintain the reception area.

  • Handle incoming packages to ensure they are delivered to the appropriate staff member.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Representatives.

  • Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with printing services and terminology is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
